RETURN POLICY

Items may be exchanged within 15 days from date of receive, one invoice is only exchange one time.

We do not accept exchanges unless least one or more cases listed below happens:
+ Delivered wrong item.
+ The printed image is faded.
+ The printed image is off center.
+ Damaged due to delivery, weather…
+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the original order.
+ Other mistakes caused by weather, by us or shipping carrier.

If the product you received has any of the above issues, please contact us via email with pictures of errors and your order number. We will offer full refund or exchange an item when the issue is verified to be correct.

You don’t need to sent anything back, but if you want you can sent the item back to our.

Please allow up to 6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: Returns are only accepted when the item has not been used or washed and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS POLICY

When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in RETURN POLICY), we will refund for you within 5 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

EXCHANGES

All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you – But just in case read below!
If the product encounters one of the problems below when you open the package, let us know by taking a picture and email us directly with your order number.
+ Delivered wrong item.
+ The printed image is faded.
+ The printed image is off center.
+ Damaged due to delivery, weather…
+ The order is not in the right size, color or style compared to the original order.
+ Other mistakes caused by weather, by us or shipping carrier.

We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time(1-3 business days).
After confirming that the package has defective, we will create a replacement order and you will get a notification by email.

NOTE: Please refer to the size guide before place order. We will not take any responsibility about the size if we made it as your request. In case of shipping the wrong size in comparison with the order we will follow the above policy.

LOST ORDERS

If your order was lost in transit we will replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time(about 3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
